Capitol Development

Dating back to the 1930‘s, the Capitol Theatre has been completely renovated and altered to meet present day standards. This includes the fire safety facilities. The aesthetic Brakel® Ventria top hung windows have been integrated into the glass roof, with an acoustic version of the same model discretely installed in the external walls.

The ventilation windows in the external walls are fitted with acoustic panels providing perfect integration with the internal walls meet thermal and sound-proof requirements of this prestigious theatre. The Ventria top hung windows in the glass roof are fitted with V-clamps.

This transparent top-hung window provides natural ventilation for both smoke and hot air. Thanks to its attractive external design the Brakel Ventria is often integrated into glazed facades and glazed roofs for air feed and air extraction. The Brakel Ventria is available in both a thermally insulated and standard insulated / uninsulated design and is suitable for all types of glass up to a thickness of 40mm.
